We have just got home from a wonderful cruise booked by Nicky. Nothing was too much trouble, Nicky booked all the flights and transfers. Also provided lots of additional information such as downloading the airport app to track our flights, inviting us to join the cruise Facebook group, giving us all the information on what we had to do regarding Covid requirements and answering all my questions. Nicky took over my booking just yesterday at short notice and manged to get it changed all booked and sorted within 24 hours..nothing was too much trouble for her and she was an absolute start who took a lot of pressure off me too as I am poorly at the minute. Nicky is a great Travel Agent. She really knows her stuff. We have booked a few times with her now and she will always be our first point of contact when we want to arrange our next trip. She has helped us with flights and hotels for one trip which saved us a lot of money and hours of searching the internet. We booked our Christmas holiday with her which we could have booked direct with the holiday company but it’s so much nicer to work with someone local who can book all parts of the holiday so everything is in one place. Our next trip is a Baltic Cruise, we had some specific requirements and thought we had found several to choose from on line but she manage to find another 3 we hadn’t found! She is always posting amazing holidays which are very tempting. If you want help or advise with anything travel related ask Nicky, you won’t be disappointed.

Nicky was very professional and helpful in securing a wonderful Christmas break in Paphos for us this year. she has always been on hand with advice and support 24/7, & even when we were away and didn't get our luggage (due to an impromptu strike) she was on hand to help. we will definitely get Nicky to help with another holiday soon and have recommended her to all my family and friends.

We booked 2 weeks in Dubrovnik in September 2023 and the whole package was through Simply Bliss Travel. Simply Bliss Travel is the way to go! Nicky researched and found us a fabulous 10 holiday to Fuerteventura at the Bahiazul Resort. It was fantastic.
